How should I store the chocolates?
Store your chocolates in a cool and dry place, away from light (for unwrapped Nu chocolates, store in an airtight container), with temperature controlled between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius and humidity reaching maximum 50%.
What type of chocolate do you use?
We exclusively craft our chocolate pieces from Callebaut premium Belgian chocolate.
Are all Chocomum's products available online?
Most of our products are available on our online store, we also offer limited-edition products that are only available in-store.
Do you sell Wholesale?
Yes, our factory sells wholesale and we also do private labels, contact us to learn more about our wholesale options depending on your brand/company's size.
Can I visit your factory?
Unfortunately, due to company policies and for liability reasons, we do not offer factory tours to the public for food safety purposes.
Do you offer event services?
Yes, we offer certain events services, contact us to learn more about our events offerings.
What allergy information is available?
Always notify our team of any allergies, food intolerances, or dietary preferences you might have to prevent cross-contamination.
Can I create my own selection and/or customize chocolates?
You can create your own selection both online and in store.
Our products are highly customizable.
What delivery methods and times are available?
We deliver in Lebanon through our own delivery system and our own driver within 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping to the UAE is also available with DHL Express and UPS upon order, time varies depending on the exact delivery location.
How can i place my order?
You can place your orders on our website, through Instagram DMs, or by Whatsapp.
What do I do if I need assistance or if I have encountered a technical problem during my purchase?

How do I know my order was confirmed?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email regarding placement and delivery of your order, including an order tracking number.
If you do not receive this email acknowledgement, please contact us.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once orders are placed, they can only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours since order placement.
How can I exchange or refund my order?
We have a strict no return policy, therefore no exchange and no refunds are possible once the products have exited the store, for food safety purposes given the nature of the product (it's perishable).
Do you do Corporate gifting?
Yes, we offer services specialized for companies, hotels, and restaurants.
Do you have stores outside of Lebanon?
We currently have one store in Bikfaya, lebanon, but we will hopefully be expanding soon!
